Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

This competition is a “Game of Chance” and is governed by these terms and conditions.

2. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is RAISE THE SEVENTH PTY LTD (ABN: 21 677 691 280)

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older.
Employees and immediate family members of the promoter, Jetstar Australia, and Whitsunday Coast Airport, as well as their associated agencies, are ineligible to enter.

4. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:Follow Jetstar Australia and Whitsunday Coast Airport on Instagram.
Submit their entry via our competition submission form by 5pm EST SEP 5th .
Only one entry per person is allowed.

5. Competition Period

The competition commences on the 26th August and concludes on the 5th Sep at 5pm. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

7. Winner Selection

This is a game of chance, and the winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place on 6th September at 5pm.
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 3 days of the draw.

8. Prize Conditions

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
The prize must be redeemed by 15th Sep 2024. If the winner is unable to redeem the prize within this period, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

9. Liability

The promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.
The promoter is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by the winner or any other party resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize.

10. Privacy

The promoter will collect personal information from entrants for the purpose of conducting this competition and awarding the prize.
By entering, participants consent to the promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes unless they notify the promoter otherwise.

11. General

The promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
